Cheers on sale?

You get a 10% discount if you purchase it before the cruise. Other than that, I have never seen a sale. There were some folks who got "Cheers Included" cruise offers but those seem to be gone and I haven't seen them coming back.

We did book with a sale code for a cruise back in February.  It was R (something?) that was being offered. So offers do come around, but I believe they are few and far between. When we booked, cruising was opening back up, ships were at reduced capacity, and Carnival was making great offers.

The best price for Cheers on Carnival is likely a "cheers included" fare price. No, the drinks are not "free," but it is often the cheapest route if that's the way you are going to go.

Otherwise, the only other sale is a 10% markup later to make you feel better about purchasing it ahead of time.

That is correct, but it was not specifically a cheers discount.  It was a package deal you got with your booking (like we did).  Just like some casino rates include drinks in the casino, and some can include drinks everywhere.  If you don't have a package offer, then the best discount available if you wish to purchase a cheers package is only to pre-purchase before you get on at 10% off.

They are available now I just booked one for this month. 4 Nights on Liberty. Taxes, Gratuity and Cheers Included totaled out to $800.

Has anyone ever seen the cheers package go on sale? When we cruise princess we always add the package deal. However I find the cheers  package is so pricey.

Thank you

If you think Cheers is pricey, try Royal.

In general, there is the 10% before cruise discount combined with the 10% off on gift cards.  Otherwise it's either target marketing promos or casino deals.  The 20% off deal was a quick promo.

In general the 50 per day for Princess Plus is a great deal.  It was even better when it was 40.
