Does anyone know what is up with these two obstructed cabins on each side of the ship on Euribia?

I do understand that it’s a new ship and I also understand that this is the deck with lifeboats just underneath it. But in my experience, it would be unusual to have two obstructed cabins right in the middle of a block of unobstructed cabins.  It also does not seem to coincide with the obstructed cabins on some of the sister ships.

The ship should Be the same design as Grandiosa...

I noticed that the numbering system and number of cabins on some decks is not the same.  They have at least 2 deck plans floating about and not sure if either is accurate.  I just thought that 2 cabin obstruction situation was unusual.  Hadn't seen that before.
