Jthans24 Posted August 6, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 6, 2022 We are doing our first connecting cabins for our family of four on the Solstice next year. We know the balcony divider is opened, creating a long balcony. But, we don't know how the rooms connect. Is there a door in-between on the wall, like in hotels? We've also seen where they have an additional exterior door and then the two front doors remain open. It's a standard 1A balcony on the 9th floor, nothing special. Thank you, Josh
jelayne Posted August 6, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 6, 2022 There are exterior doors that can be closed which create a barrier between the cabin doors and the hall. So you can leave the cabins doors open and move between the 2 cabins.
Rare cruisestitch Posted August 6, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 6, 2022 You should have the set up you describe where there is a small vestibule created by the additional exterior doors
bigbenboys Posted August 6, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 6, 2022 (edited) https://boards.cruisecritic.co.uk/topic/2627597-eclipse-corner-aft-connecting-door/ See post #3. You open your doors and then close the double doors. Edited August 6, 2022 by bigbenboys added info
