Rare SandyR5 Posted August 7, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2022 Unfortunately, I tested positive before we were leaving for Amsterdam for our 12 day Scandinavian cruise. Flights by Celebrity refunded my credit card wishing 5 days. Waiting for cruise refund. Just curious as to how long it took others to get their refund if they too got a positive result 2 days prior to their cruise. I’m not asking about FCC. I’m still so upset about missing the trip! Merly Posted August 7, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 7, 2022 We were told that they couldn’t refund until the cruise had completed. Once it had we received a full refund within a couple of days. Rare Jim_Iain Posted August 7, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 7, 2022 I would call engagement center. I found their promise of "oh it will be automatically refund".
