Website not accepting payments?

Might just be me, but I`ve tried twice to book a cruise for September 2023 and both times payment has failed.

 

I`ve just been paid and there is MORE then enough money to cover the deposit, I`ve got the website open and my banking app on my phone and no payments been taken...... 

 

Might just be because its 1am in the UK and the system is on a go-slow........ Will try again in the morning

 

Just wondered if it was was just me OR is Princess having issues globally.......

 

Anyone else having problems?

I am having website & app problems past 2 days. I can access 3 of my bookings on laptop. 4 th booking I cannot access at all.

I cannot log in to the app any way now.

 

 

giving it a couple of days after trying the contact form.

Problem with giving it a few days.  Prices could go up with no recourse

I put FCD on it over phone, got booking statement in email, link is in personalizer, cannot access that booking on laptop.

New booking is not in app 2 days later, still not there. I got in app through my most recent upcoming cruise.

have contacted Princess for help,  not phoning for another day.

 

this is first time I have not been able to see my booking after putting a deposit in it.

Royal Princess Sept 25/23-  wondering if it is a future cancellation?

I wonder if anyone is getting error messages when trying to pay for things.

Like booking a Princess excursion, or adding the Vacation Protection insurance.

 

I have seen an error that says something like INVALID PROMOTION.

Doesn't make any sense.

I would only make a payment by phoning right now.

 

there are others on fb posting these same issues with website & also locked out of app, at the moment.
