BLAMBKY Posted August 12, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2022 Are they limited to potty trained only or can toddlers using swim diapers enjoy the splash pad areas? Any specific helpful tips for taking an 18month old? Our first trip with our Grandson and so excited!
mjkacmom Posted August 13, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2022 I believe a few shops have splash pads for diapered kids but not all.

The larger area is for potty trained kids only. The smaller area, separated by a glass partition, is for kids in swim diapers. If you are taking older kids, they are not allowed to travel from one area to the other, without showering in between, to prevent cross-contamination. There are, I think, a couple of Voyager class ships that have the swim diaper area added, and all other older ships do not allow kids in swim diapers.
