Fiji Protocols

Recommended Posts

I had heard supervised RAT yesterday, but that is hardly supervised. One might hardly be vigorous with the nasal swab.

It is a pretty good compromise though. I wonder how many passengers were ratted out? I guess we will know when they next report to NSW health. Currently code yellow, and it would be a win if it remains there after the round of testing.

I wonder how many fly in passengers have had to do a RAT.

All travellers (12 years+) must take a pre-booked Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) anytime within 72 hours of arrival into Fiji, at their hotel or nearby testing facility.

Fiji has dropped their RAT testing requirement effective September 5, so hopefully that applies to cruises too.

It would, but It will also depend on the number of infections reported by the ship to Fiji authorities prior to arrival.
