DaveOKC Posted August 18, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 18, 2022 In trying to complete Verifly this morning, everything seems to be fine ( I get green check marks for the Covid 19 Vaccination and Submit Negative Covid-19 test results), but when I go to submit the Complete Health Assesment Section (4 simple questions to which I answered NO) and hit submit I get the following: SYSTEM MESSAGE An unexpected error occurred Please see log files Does anyone know what this means and what I did wrong?? I contacted Verifly.com and after exchanging a couple of emails they ended up telling me to DELETE the program and start all over. I of course just deleted just the trip and had to redo all the details for the two of us, but it finally worked. Funny thing is, this time when it came to the section (Health Assesment) that was the problem last time, now Verify filled it in automatically!
