Uber to Baltimore port and from Port

We are sailing at the end of October. We are staying downtown and want to Uber to the port and again when we return to Penn station.  Dis this an easy chore or should we look at something else   
Is there a separate line for Uber or drop off or does everyone arrive in the same line

Thanks for any advice and info anyone can provide

Uber and Lyft in Baltimore are plentiful and easy to use. You won't have any issues around availability and wait times should be short.

In my one experience pre covid at the Maryland Cruise Terminal it was all commingled-- no separate line. I'm sure someone will chime in if thats different now but it shouldn't effect you much either way.

Yes there is a separate lane for dropping off only

Uber works great in Baltimore.  Once on going home the boat was late arriving and the line for dropping off and picking up was comingled.  Our Uber had a fare to drop off and they would not let it in the port due to the people trying to leave.

Good to know.  Hopefully we get in on time
