Anyone else experiencing online / medallion app issues?

Weird I still can’t access my details within the app but I was able to pick an arrival group

Same. Both my medallion app and website login is my email. however, they each have different passwords. And don't try to change them , because it will ask me to register. The app doesn't let me into Checkin , I get the already claimed error. I worked last week, but not now. 

I can book all kinds of things on the web and dinner on the app, but can't get into anything related to checking in
