Open Bar Gratuities and children

We are looking at booking an HH (Haven family villa suite) for DS, DIL and their 3 littles (oldest is 4).  Would the littles be exempt from the open bar gratuities, since they won't be using it?   

 

I hate to spend the extra $420, as we are already limited to only booking the HH.  (There is a non-Haven family villa option, but it does not have a balcony).

When going through the booking process, you will see the service charge for all 5. Once the ages of the guests are entered, the PBP service charge will disappear for the kids.

Perhaps they are looking to downsize?

I'm booked in a Haven Family Villa on Breakaway with a 17 month old. No open bar gratuities or daily service charge for her.

To answer the original question.  I am traveling with my two sons and my 12 year old is the second person on the reservation.  The only bar gratuities being charged are for me.  As long as ages are input correctly, they will not charge bar gratuities for children.
