mafig Posted August 24, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 24, 2022 I know on MSC's website they say not until 20 days. However, we are 66 days away and someone on our sailing has already received their docs and luggage tags. The website says all of our info. is complete. We didn't do the photo, does that make a difference?
Two Wheels Only Posted August 24, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 24, 2022 It's random. I've gotten them at as many as 91 days. I only looked because I was printing out an upcoming cruise and the cruise following that one was also available. I never bother with the photo nor the card registration. I handle both on embarkation day.
Rare Georgia_Peaches Posted August 24, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 24, 2022 We got ours a month prior and it was immediately upon completing the check in. I printed everything out yesterday to get ready for our cruise on Saturday. I noticed that my DH’s birth year is wrong as is his place of birth. When I went back in to edit, the fields I needed were no longer available so I couldn’t make the changes. Maybe this is because they’ve already send the e-doc packet? Idk but I hope they let him on the ship! My point is make sure your info is correct while you can. It appears that once you get your edocs you can’t edit certain info. I would call MSC directly to have them update the birth YEAR (location won't matter)

I'm guessing it was my error. I put my info. in first and I think when I added in DH's, it defaulted to my birth year instead of his. Seems like something I should be able to correct pretty easily in the platform on my own, but I guess not.
