Blu-ray player

We've been on a couple of the ships where a DVD or Blu-Ray in the suite was a perk but we never saw it; and because the on-line library was so extensive we never asked about it.

My 'belief' was that it would appear 'on-request'.

We are on the Splendor.

We were in a penthouse on Splendor last month and we did not see a Blu-ray player in the room. If you can find the email address of the Head Butler you could ask, or ask you butler when you get onboard.

I must be different than most everyone else - I rarely watch TV or movies on board...there's so much else to do that parking my butt on the couch watching a movie I could see at home just seems...I don't know, wasteful, I guess?

But that's just me.

Absolutely agree......especially when one considers the "free" booze onboard....

On the other hand if you have to spend five days in quarantine and can’t leave your room, and your wife moved to another room with the MacBook, that TV becomes a dear friend.

Not cool...my wife could take my MacBook when she pries it from my cold, dead fingers.  ESPECIALLY if I'm quarantined and she's not.

In general I agree with you Bill. In our case I was the one who told her to take it. She cruises because I cruise so it’s really not in my best interest to do anything to degrade her experience!  I still was able to muddle through with my iPad and phone😉
