Fly cruise from UK

Hi - I am going on the Celebrity Beyond from Rome on Monday 5th September. We booked with Planet Cruise and they have given us flights. I have done the online check in on the celebrity app but nothing mentions flights. The flight reference on Planet Cruise is for an easyJet flight, am I supposed to do an online flight check in as well or do I just turn up at the airport? I haven’t been given any guidance re flights.

I'd contact who you booked the package through. It doesn't sound like Celebrity handled your flights, so they would have nothing to do with it.

Strongly recommend you chase up and request documentation of your discussions (email).

It doesn’t sound like a ‘package holiday’ just the cruise and flights bundled  together. If you have an Easyjet reference Have you tried checking in on the easyjet website which you should be able to do 30 days before the flight

Hi - yeah sounds as though I don’t have the easyJet reference. Have tried with all the references I have on the easy jet app. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something, will phone Planet Cruise first thing tomorrow.

All sorted thanks, I phoned celebrity and the codes they had given didn’t work but they have now given the correct one and all checked in on our flights 🙂
