Dial the moment your phone clock rolls over to 9am eastern on Sunday morning. Never waited more than 10-15 minutes going this route.

oh finally got a hold of them, hold for almost 2 hours. good thing they let me change my fare

I was on hold today for over 3 hours...just put the phone on speaker and got things done while waiting.  My best luck is usually right at 8am Eastern.

I managed to get through the phone after 2 weeks of trying and then I sat waiting nearly an hour. It was not long after they opened,  if that's any help?

Called this morning at exactly 8:00 Eastern and was only on hold for 3 minutes.

Also, just to highlight - I think the lines now open at 5am EST Mon-Fri (per the hours that show if you use the chat function and then get the phone line details that way). I certainly phoned around 5:30am EST today and got through to someone immediately with no wait.

now if only they'd extend the closing hours so us west coasters don't have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get someone...

Think I’m going to stick to using TA with VV form now on. I’m sure things will improve as time goes on, but 5 or 6am is way to early to talk on the phone.

Since the app is not working for our upcoming cruise, I've called a couple of times in the last 2 weeks.  The service seems to be getting quicker!  Or maybe I just got luckier.
