Is the “self” serve buffet back to self-serve?

We were on the Equinox at the end of July and it was full self service.

Deserts on Summit was the only area NOT self serve.  When there were lots of people we opted some served themselves deserts, but very orderly in all areas.

Yes, onboard Summit now, self serve is back except for desserts. Agree that all is orderly, clean, smoothly run. So glad self serve is back. No more horrible lines waiting and waiting for your turn.
