if I were you, I would either send an email to the casino department (casino@carnival.com - they take a few days to respond, but they will get back to you) or else talk to the casino host once you are aboard.

I second this.  Hubby had DOU and I called the casino department and they extended it to me as well.

That would be because you had the same offer not because they are generous.

Yes.  I have a DOU while playing offer and we booked under my husband's offer that has DOU while playing for him.  They would not extend me the DOU because our offers were different.  If they were the same they would have they said.

     Not the same offer, just the same type. I just got email confirmation back from the casino. My husband had a Premier Cruise with a free Suite, DOU for him + a companion everywhere on the ship and $1000 in Fun Play. That is what we booked for December on the Celebration.

 

    I have a Premier with a free Balcony, DOU for me + Companion in the Casino only, and $1000 in Fun Play. They confirmed that we would both have free drinks everywhere and each get $1000 in Fun Play.

   Also in July we went on a "Jackpot" offer and he had only DOU for himself and I had DOU in the Casino and we each got $1000 in Fun Play, along with his free Suite.

Yes. I did a non Elite cruise last month and my offer which was booked was Free Suite, Free Drinks Everywhere and $1000 FunPlay. I emailed the Players Club and they checked my Mom's offers and saw she was eligible for Free Drinks Everywhere and added it to the booking. Usually only on Elite sailings does my cabinmate get Free Drinks Everywhere too.

my friends had something like this. because adding a companion to sail with them was so cheap, they booked two cabins. one for each of them and added a "friend" in their cabin. that friend never made it to sail. but they each had their DOU offer and they had two cabins. They used the 2nd cabin for showering and getting ready for dinner. otherwise it just sat empty.

We did the same thing..except we do have friends that will join us.

for next time though definitely I’ll call up the carnival casino company.

Just got off the Horizon, son inlaw and daughter had DOU anywhere on the ship, so we moved my husband into SIL cabin and added cheers package for him only, could not get the discounted precruise rate,  just had extra key made for cabins, that were access only, and it woked out great.   Did call in to customer service, casino etc, beforecruise, but could do it on board.  As an added note, tested positive for covid on Wednesday after getting off ship on Sunday!   Fun tims.

Through a casino offer for only the player, be a solo cruiser, or be the only one 21 or older in a cabin.

Thanks to whoever said to email the casino!  I got confirmation that I will be getting the $250 in funplay chips and DOU in the casino as the offer I booked under.  My husband is actually getting a better deal of $500 in funplay chips and DOU all over the ship. So happy!
