Bermuda authorisation for more than 1 person in family questions

I did ready a lot of posts regarding the Bermuda Authorisation forms, but did not find my answers.

 

1.  Do I need to do the form separately for myself and then one for my husband, or can you put more than one person when applying?

 

2.  Can I use the same email address for my husband that I use for me?

You and your husband need separate forms/fees.

I used my husbands e-mail address when I filled out my form.  This way we would have both approvals on the phone if required.  We also print out our approvals to take to the port.   Hope this helps.

Did you do separate travel authorisations for each of you and just used the same email address?

Have done it twice. Must do separate applications for you and hubby, but each can use same email addy.

Yes, we each submitted our own travel authorizations.  Bermuda then sent both approvals to the same e-mail address.
