Refund

Was scheduled to sail on Enchantment of the Seas in March 2023 to Australia/New Zealand. In early august 2022 Royal Caribbean cancelled the cruise.  How long does it to receive your refund.  It is the middle of September still have not received it.

Did your booking not get moved over to the replacement ship for that cruise?

We were scheduled for b2b. The cruise to New Zealand was cancelled.  The other cruise to Australia was transferred to different ship.

I would give them a call, b2b are considered as 2 separate cruises and they may have dropped the ball on the canceled one.

That's sorta normal but call to ensure there's not some hang up with the refund.
