Parking on Grand Turk

Good Day, Cruisers! I have decided to rent a car for the day on GT during an upcoming cruise, and I'm wondering if any of you have information on the public parking available around the island. We plan to see the lighthouse, bird observatory, various beaches, the museum, and stop somewhere (TBD) for lunch. Is parking available in town at Cockburn, at the lighthouse, and at the bird observatory? TIA!
