Title somewhat misleading.

No tests only for fully vaccinated guests.

testing still required for non vaccinated guests.

Testing requirements

For vaccinated Guests it’s not required (but strongly recommended) to present a negative test.
Unvaccinated guests ages 5 or older and Guests who have only recovered from Covid-19 are not considered as fully vaccinated therefore are required to present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or Antigen test taken 3 days prior to embarkation.
Tests must be laboratory certified. A rapid antigen self-test is not valid for travel purposes.

All guests are recommended to travel with their COVID-19 vaccination status and test results. While the vaccination is not required for boarding it could be requested in various ports of call and at local attractions.

The original test results certificate and vaccination certificate must be presented at the terminal (paper or electronic format) and must be in one of the following languages: English, Italian, German, French or Spanish. The COVID 19 test certificate must contain: guest’s personal data (verifiable with the other travel documents), date of the test, identification / contact details of the centre that performed the analysis, technique used and negative test result.

All Crew members are required to be fully vaccinated and regularly weekly tested according to MSC Cruises Health & Safety protocol.

Hopefully they announce US requirements lifted for Europe also!

Just under 60 days to my cruise and still hopeful. Trying to organize a full day of flights to Europe and meet the testing requirements is stressing me out.

I've checked several more countries today and they are updating them little by little.  No change for US yet either.

I emailed MCS Canada about three days ago and they haven't replied yet. They are probably working on my reply before they update the website.  😉  LOL

Still not updated on the US site.  Seeing the Canadian site is.  Should I assume I will not have to test?  Sailing the Mera Oct 10th.

You should follow the guidance for the Canadian site for cruises to Caribbean. If it says no test for you, then you're good.
