I also checked on my husbands account and they are off-line as well. is anyone else having this problem is there’s some thing that I missed as to why they are off-line and we are unable to book? Yesterday I booked excursions for our cruise in November with no problem and just did a dummy booking now and it's fine. I'm assuming you're logged in...other than that I don't know.
