Pick a room

Hi all,

 

I paid extra to pick a room however I was not given the choice during the online purchase and even now when i login i see that I have not been assigned a room yet. I am Cruising in January on wonder of the seas and booked a balcony ocean view room. Is it normal that i have not been given a choice of room yet?

I'm wondering if you hit the wrong button and accidentally hit the button that allows Royal to choose your room instead of yourself. If you were picking your own, you would have been able to choose it prior to checking out. What does your confirmation paperwork say?

You may have not hit the correct button, unfortunately. I just checked a random cruise, and the buttons are still the same. Pictures of the sequence below.

If you had picked the option to choose your own cabin, you would have been given cabins to choose from. I have to agree with others and you may have booked a guarantee accidentally. I would call them before your final payment is due.

No, you should have been given a cabin choice on the screen after the category choice.
