Main Dining Room Menu Change

Has anyone heard of what the roll out will be to the main dining room meus. I read that the Prima already has the change in place and that NCL will be rolling it out to the entire line. Just wondering on timing and what ships will be impacted.

Rumor is all of them may be, but that may be based on how the new concept is received on the Prima and the earlier ships that get it.

One mention was that the rest of the fleet was going to be changed over in 2023.  But of course if the feedback from the Prima regarding the change was overwhelmingly negative, then maybe the changes would not occur.

My coworker was on the Prima inaugural sailing and he was told the dining rooms are changing to a static menu.  The menu will have the same items everyday with rotating specials that will have an upcharge.

NCL had upcharge items on the MDR menus pre-pandemic. Royal Caribbean has upcharge items.

And Carnival as well as MSC have upcharge items.  All four of the entry level lines.

I think the OP is aware of what they are doing. He is asking when it will happen.

 

Which NCL probably don’t know the answer to yet.
