Diamond Balcony

Have not cruised Princess in many years but about to book Diamond Princess and trying to determine which floor to select for a balcony room.

It seems some are covered and some not but are they different sizes?

Any recommendations?

Thanks

Yes, there will be different sized balconies on the Diamond Princess (aft, bow, side).  The Diamond is tiered (not like the Royal Class ships).  Mini suites and suites will have larger balcony options.

Port & Starboard cabins

Deck 8, 18 mini suites aft with 9ft x 6ft covered balconies

Deck 9 mini suites, 9ft x 6ft uncovered

Deck 10 balcony category, 9ft x 9ft half covered

Deck 10 full suites 18ft x 9ft half covered

Decks 11, 12 & 14, balcony cat, 9ft x 5ft covered

Cabins on the stern have various sizes and various amount of cover.

Check out the deck plans. Also check out the deck plans on the Princess site for connecting cabins.
