If you're actually being tendered to the Marina - no beach in relatively easy walking distance.  At least 45 minutes walk to Reduit.. cab to reduit will run about $10-12usd one way. To Pigeon Island,  same fare. PI has ruins, hikes, some history, beach, two restaurants inside the national park, and a handful of spors outside the gates.  In case you want to see/experience something Lucian..

Otherwise,  Reduit is a typical beach.
