Rare 1kaper Posted October 13, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 13, 2022 Asking for a friend. Like the title says, when is the latest you can add someone to your stateroom? They would be going from 3 people - 4 but the room type is good for 4. Will be sailing out of the US if that makes a difference. Thanks,
HikingPete Posted October 13, 2022 #2 Share Posted October 13, 2022 Are they already booked on the same cruise but in a different cabin, or is this a completely new addition?

Homosassa Posted October 13, 2022 #4 Share Posted October 13, 2022 Do not assume that another person can be added to the cabin. The request may be denied if the life boat station for that cabin is full. Make sure that the Terms and Conditions on the MSC website is read and understood before making changes to the reservation. If it's after final payment it could be "a disaster". Even before, it may change the pricing/promotions. I've had to cancel and rebook 3 times (same cruise...same cabin) because the reps have limited knowledge. Just be careful....what you think is "simply going from 3 to 4" isn't so simple. If you booked via MSC you need to call them, if you booked TA you need to ask them.
