Daily Gratuities on Celebrity Summit

We are looking at a 5 day cruise on Summit in January.  Could someone who has recently been on the Summit tell me what the Daily gratuities are.  We are trying to determine the value of an all included package or Cruise only with no perks.

• $17.50 USD per person, per day for Inside, Ocean View, and Veranda staterooms 
• $18.00 USD per person, per day for Concierge Class and AquaClass staterooms  
• $21.00 USD per person, per day for guests of The Retreat.

BTW most things including Gratuities are the same price fleet wide.
