Ports of Guam and Saipan

In February we are going on a cruise that visit the islands of Guam and Saipan.  What are interesting things to do on each island?  Is it easy to get around the islands?

What did you do in Guam and Saipan?  Any suggestions?

Sorry to say we did not get to go to Saipan because of weather.  In Guam we went to the Valley of the Latte park for their boat tour and lunch.  It was very nice.

Question about transport in Guam:

 

I understand there is no Uber in Guam, and taxis are very expensive.  There is, however, a local ride sharing app called Stroll.

 

Any experience and recommendations for transport from Guam airport to Hyatt and also from Hyatt to the cruise terminal (Apra Harbour-Hagatna)?  Are there local or shuttle buses?

How did you get to Valley of the Latte park?

Bringing this to the top as need to know if Taxi's (and Uber or Stroll) are available at Cruise Port.

Also, what are the top places to visit in Guam and Saipan.
