Does anyone know if they are going to make some more specialty restaurants included on more ships?

We  are  going on  the  Mardi  gras  and  I  noticed  a  few  ,  not  all  the  specialty  restauarants  are  included  . We  are  looking  at  going on the  Horizon  and  2  of  the  restuarants  included on  Mardi  Gras  complimentary  options  The  smokehouse  and  Capitano  are  included  for  dinner  are  also  on  the  Horizon . It  would  be  really cool  if  that  was  included  too ,

Doubt it. The restaurants are only included on Mardi Gras (and soon to be Celebration) because they are an extension of YTD, so there is enough space for everyone to eat dinner. The other ships can fully accommodate everyone in the MDR.
