What and where did you see this?? Post your information please (and btw... it's not a 25 day itinerary, it's 35).

Plenty of tender ports on the itinerary I'm seeing for the 35-day Hawaii/Tahiti Feb'23 cruise. But I don't know if that reflects a change or it just always was...

Wasn’t there news about some ports now refusing ships of more than 1500 total people including crew?   Here is one such story

When was the last time you looked at the itinerary for this sailing?  The itinerary now showing on HAL's website is the same as it was last February.  If you have seen something new, please post it here.

Yes sorry for the typo it is 35 days not 25. I received an updated itinerary via email. some samples are Hilo was replaced with Maui, and Bora Bora and Christmas Island were replaced with other islands that also require tenders.

As Daniel mentioned, that revised itinerary was released quite some time ago, so when did you receive the email?

 

Are you booked on that sailing?  If so, we have a VERY active and organized roll call over on the HAL Koningsdam board.

We are not yet booked - we have a cabin held and received the email yesterday or the day prior, after we held the room. 

We are concerned about the amount of tendered ports, especially after so many sea days - in case there are swells and we have to miss some ports. 

It seems like there are more now than originally planned.

I got the e-mail with that itinerary change on February 14 of this year.  I don't know why you only got the e-mail yesterday.  How long ago did you put the hold on the cabin?

I am booked on the cruise for February 2024.  What was your experience on the French Polynesian islands?  There are currently no tours listed as of 6/24/23.  Were you able to get off the ship and find things to do?  Would appreciate your input.

Happy to have you join us. A Fr.Polynesia cruise on sister line Princess just got their ShoreXes published on June 1, so I am not expecting ours before September, but I do check every few days!
