Is there a discounted rate for Club Orange when you book with a Casino rate/fare?

Normal price, depending on the ship (they charge more for CO on ships with a separate CO dining room).

Thank you.  I'm on hold with big box TA/Holland.  Was told by friends that they received a CO discount for booking with big box TA.  Big box TA is looking into it and thought maybe it was because the friends booked a casino rate/fare.

Also note that CO is only refundable IF you have a refundable fare and have to cancel. Another good reason to have insurance.

Never heard of a club orange discount.  I booked a casino rate and I was only allowed to book a guarantee cabin.  I added club orange and I was able to pick my  cabin in the category I booked.  I booked a VH guarantee and was able to book a VB cabin.  The rest of the club orange I could care less about.  
 

They were probably getting a casino rate like you said.
