Refund from Oceania

Most people are very loud about their negative experiences and very silent about their positive experiences, so I thought I would share some very positive experience with Oceania.

 

We had to cancel one of our cruises with Oceania for family reasons (still booked on 4 more). Oceania refunded our deposit and the money paid for excursions ON THE SAME DAY! I don't think I have ever seen anything like this from any company, so thought it's worth sharing.

I have gotten refunds in the past  with in a week of cancelling

I think a lot has to do with the CC you use  as well
