CLM0928 Posted November 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2022 Can anyone advise if the Club Mini Suite has bedside outlets? My husband uses a Cpap and not sure how we will work that if no outlet available. Thanks
Coffeeluvr05 Posted November 15, 2022 #2 Share Posted November 15, 2022 Just ask your room steward for an extension cord or bring one from home. They will also provide you with distilled water for the cpap machine.
Rare Cruise Raider Posted November 15, 2022 #3 Share Posted November 15, 2022 We were in one of the CC minis on the Royal recently. The outlets we found were on the desk across from the couch.
Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted November 15, 2022 #4 Share Posted November 15, 2022 I use a CPAP...I just pull the bed away from the wall about a foot and access the European 220 volt outlet(s) there. You'll need an adapter to be able to plug the desk lamp back in as well as give you a secondary US-style socket. Most CPAPs are dual voltage...look on your power brick to make sure BEFORE leaving home! MUCH better than doing the whole "extension cord across the floor/trip hazard" bit in my opinion. The beds are NOT heavy...easy to pull out and push back. 1
Rare georgiacat Posted November 15, 2022 #5 Share Posted November 15, 2022 Instead of the floor, you can do the overhead route. More convenient for us. Magnets from Amazon. We might look behind the bed next though. Did not know that outlet was there.
Clampram Posted November 15, 2022 #6 Share Posted November 15, 2022 On the Royal Princess, the minisuites all have outlets underneath the bed. Sometimes you have to do a little dive to find it but we have always found it there
Clampram Posted November 15, 2022 #7 Share Posted November 15, 2022 As mentioned above, you will need and adaptor to plug into the outlet and we use a 3 port US socket to plug into that? I have a pix somewhere but can't find it
Clampram Posted November 15, 2022 #8 Share Posted November 15, 2022 (edited) Here's a pix of the type of plug that you need for behind the bed. Todays modern CPAP automatically use either US or EU power but do check with your supplier. We add in a plug extender so that we can also plug in the bedside lamp. You can preorder distilled water under dietary requests on line Edited November 15, 2022 by Clampram

Suggest 2+ weeks before your cruise.
