Great review - I have been following along as we are on the Celebration next month (first time with that size of ship).  I am glad we are going to a few ports that we may not even get off the ship at because of how much there is to do onboard!

 

And yes - the complainers drive me crazy too - its like they manifest problems by complaining so much!

no the brewery tour is separate and doesn't count towards your Cheers total.  I haven't done the mixology class but it should be the same as the brewery tour.

The beer we had on the brewery tour did not count as part of the 15.

Nothing out of the ordinary! I’ve always been able to find a spot when I’ve looked, but I’m also not incredibly picky on location since I’m in the pool 90% of the time
