Shuffleboard and pingpong

Is there shuffleboard on Edge class ships? How many pingpong table do they have on the Apex?

 Even on all 3 E class and never saw shuffleboard.  In fact I have not seen it on any Celebrity ship.

 

As for ping pong I saw one, but there may have been a 2nd on the other side of the ship

On Apex there is one on resort deck and one in Teen Club. During our cruise in the summer,  table tennis was a hot commodity. You had to be up at the crack of dawn to get a game. There was always people hanging around waiting to play.  My husband and daughter went to sign up for the tournament but didn’t bother as there was a ridiculous amount of people playing. An additional table would be good but not sure where it could go. The spot the table is in just now is tucked away and quite sheltered.

We played shuffleboard on both M- and S- class ships in the past.  We loved playing it, especially after dinner, but we haven't seen boards since about 2019.  I don't know why Celebrity has done away with them.

Replaced it with Bocce Ball on the S class ships .

 

I remember back in the 50’s and 60’s they sold floor tile kits that people would tile their basement floors with that had the shuffle board court.   When visiting we would go into the basement and play.   It was a great time.
