Tipping on B2B cruise as single booking

I am having some trouble deciding what is appropriate.

We normally give additional gratuities to our steward and Wait staff if we always sit at the same table.

Our next cruise was booked as a 14 day cruise... but in fact it is two 7 day cruises. We stay in the same cabin

for both so Do i give tips at the end of each leg or do I wait and do it all at the end? Total amount would be same

in both cases...

I'd tip 'separately' for each cruise; crew members count on this income and probably have need for their tips when the 'cruise ends'.  Possibly, some may be leaving the ship for their break as well.  A little extra effort could have a very positive effect on crew members.
