Medallion App changed to yellow lane

We are boarding Majestic Princess today. We have been Green Lane for ages. Did all the necessary tests and uploads yesterday and got all the ticks and were green lane still. I've just checked now and we've both turned yellow lane. Is this a Sunday website maintenance issue and does this mean that everyone is probably yellow lane now? How do they manage that at embarkation?

The question around your covid test is written a bit ambiguously. I accidentally answered my wife's covid test question incorrectly, and that turned us both yellow. I found and answered correctly, and we were both back to green.

Ugh. I can't access the questions now. Guess it's yellow lane for us.

This also happened to us on the day of boarding on 20/10, but it seemed to happen to everyone. We just went with the green lane and all was fine.
