Refundable OBC

Hi all,

on our recent Majestic Princess cruise we had a sizeable amount of refundable OBC. Can anyone tell me how long this typically takes to be refunded? We disembarked 31/10 and we are in Australia.

I can only tell you my experience here in the states.  My cruise ended 05/28/2022 and was due over $800.  After waiting several weeks, I contacted my Princess TA.  It took several attempts and finally in October, she contacted the finance department directly.  I then got my check within 2 weeks.  So my only suggestion is to give it a couple more weeks and then call your support person and ask them to check with the finance dept. or whatever it is called there.  I am afraid you might have to keep on top of it like I did, but got it in the end!

Disembarked Caribbean Princess November 3 and received a check from Bottomline today for the exact amount due.

@resordanis...note that several have posted that their check came in a VERY nondescript envelope...NOT FROM PRINCESS.  Be very careful as you look through your mail!
