Cancelling a Regent Shore Excursion

If we decide to cancel a Regent included shore excursion before it is scheduled to start, what is the official policy? Do we need to give 24 hours notice or any notice at all? Is the policy different if you paid an additional fee, for example with a small group tour? Do you get your money or shipboard credits back?

Paid excursions: Normally a minimum of 36 hours notice of cancellation is required to receive a refund. Exact cancellation deadlines for each port are shown on the excursion booking form that will be in your suite on embarkation day.

Included excursions: Out of courtesy it is helpful to let Destination Services know as soon as you decide to cancel. This allows them to advise the tour operator and, if a tour is waitlisted, will allow them to offer the opportunity to a guest who is on the waitlist.
