Too windy to tender to Princess cays?

Just saw recent weather reports. Winds 20-25. Is that too windy to tender?

It also has to do with wind direction and waves....so can't answer. But one trip we were at Half Moon Cay, which is in sight of Princess Cay. We had winds from the east...the tendering area was somewhat sheltered by the island itself, and we got in. But it was a little dicey...but the water was the warmest it has been of our 10 visits.
