Can I Purchase wifi before cruise and get a refund if I later cancel cruise

if I pre-purchase wifi before my cruise and for some reason I later need to cancel the cruise , do I get a refund for the wifi? 
 

I’m booked for a cruise in 2024. Right now I have every intention of sailing. 
I was thinking of purchasing the wifi package now before the price goes up.

Yes, you have x number of days before the cruise to cancel.

Yes. I’ve prepurchased internet, excursions, etc and cancelled or rebooked another cruise.  Those refunds go back on the credit card you used to purchase them.

For anything purchased pre-cruise...and then cancel the cruise (for whatever reason) those purchases are automatically refunded back to original form of payment.  You should not have to do anything.  And it's *usually* pretty quick.
