He is a good cruise director. We had him on the Freedom about 5 years ago. One of the better ones.

Some of the shows had to be rejiggered due to ships movement.  One night the aqua show was delayed some 1 hour awaiting the go from the captain.

We were on the 12/11-18 sailing of the Oasis. The Cruise Director (Tom?) only showed up for the welcome aboard show. All activities for rest of the cruise were handled by the activity manager. At one of the event on day 7, the activity manager said the CD is "under the weather". Also, there were supposed to have 3 shows for Cats. 2 on day 6 and 1 on day 7. We had reservation on day 7. However, the show was canceled because they don't have enough performers.
