Set Sail Passes in Apple Wallet

Hello and Happy Holidays, all!  I checked us in about a month ago for our cruise and put our set sail passes in Apple wallet.

 

I just checked to make sure all four were still there, and I noticed that my pass and our daughters’ passes were blue in color my husband’s was a grayish color. They have all of the same information on them, his has the same check in time at the terminal as we all do, his is just a different color.
 

I can’t find anything that is missing in the information I put in, so I decided to reach out on the boards here and see if anybody else had noticed this or can tell me what the problem might be, if there is one.

Different C&A loyalty status?

 

Blue is Diamond: 80 to 174 points

Gray is Platinum: 30 to 54 points

 

You will need to call C&A to link your's and your husband's accounts to "upgrade" his status to Diamond.

This was my first thought also. Do you and your husband have different statuses?

We are nowhere near diamond, unfortunately. That would be a great problem to have!

What do the set sail passes look like if pulled up via the website?

 

Also, does your husband have a different casino tier status (Choice, Prime, Signature, Masters)?  It's listed on the online setsail pass after C&A tier.

I do not think color of passes in Apple valet matter. I have all different colors from different cruises in the same status.
