I'm currently on the Epic, day7 of 9day cruise.

On the Breakaway, Getaway and Joy, you hit the top prize in the Bonus round every 6-10 bonuses, which is about once every 45min - 1`hr.

I've never hit the top prize on the EPIC, and i spoke to people who sat at the same place for 3hrs and also never hit it. 😮

(Note: on the Epic, there are 2 types of coin pusher machines: Dancing Queen and Las Vegas.

The Las vegas one does give 50 coins at least once per hr, if you gamble for it.)

That's interesting.  I'm assuming they set the machine's payout percentage on the bonus; and they went very tight on it.  Getting a bonus is a way to stay in the game and keep chasing....well....what are we chasing anyway?  That $20 bill wrapped around a $1 bill?

That said, I play those coin pushers, mostly when I'm licking my wounds after being crushed at some  table game (or two).

I'm sure the casino staff recognizes some of us who do the coin pusher seat of shame...
