Yes, these will be covered on the Royal.

These ships do not have a tiered design which leaves some decks without good cover.

 

There are some on the mid-ship bumpout that have larger angled balconies.

Be aware of being under the sea walk on a higher deck, especially on the Starboard side.  As your balcony will be right there within view. 

Other than the Sea Walk, Riviera and Marina will have more cover, from the bigger overhang from the public areas on the Lido above.
