Golf Club Case Question

We are driving to PEV for a cruise on Equinox with a hard-sided golf club travel case which will be packed with non-golf items.  Will porters automatically ear mark it for storage or can I request it be brought to the suite like regular luggage?  Thanks for you help.

They will bring it to your room if it has a room tag on it. I take my clubs with me on occasion as I have a casino host who loves to sneak in 9 holes on certain islands...

We got ours in our room - played 2.5 rounds on a Bermuda cruise.

Had Italian friends who were on a TA to a Italy.  They had 4 suitcases and probably 30 boxes 2' square.  They were going home.  Stacked everything in their Oceanview cabin against the bulkhead.  Was an amazing pile in the hallway.

Heard no limit on baggage.  It was true.

I remember vividly a number of years ago that there was a transatlantic cruise which started in Southampton and should have visited Bermuda but bad weather caused many delays and the Bermuda stop was skipped. Not good news for the passengers on board who were using the ship as a means of moving lots of their household goods from Southampton to Bermuda.  They had to make the uncomfortable choice of getting off in New York or going on to Florida with us and then having to pay big bucks to ship their many suitcases from the States to Bermuda.  Whoops.
