Greatly appreciate your candid and detailed comments and follow-up.  Very balanced and honest review.  Your wide range of sailings and various lines offers excellent perspectives.

As we are looking at a Silversea 2024 Mumbai to Singapore cruise, I am very interested as to what, if anything, you did at the end of your cruise for Mumbai and/or to the various other attractions, sights and experiences in and around India.  Any special tips, insights, suggestions?

THANKS!  Enjoy!  Terry in Ohio

I’m about to go on what will hopefully be an amazing trip around Rahjastan Terry. I’ll let you know how it goes but the company I have been dealing with are superb. I’ve got my own car and chauffeur for 18 days with a superb itinerary and all 5 star hotels. They can customise any tour and have done for me to include 2 tiger safaris and an afternoon at an elephant sanctuary also switched the last night in Delhi for an extra in Agra. They customise anything from basic hotels to 5 star or specific tours only in either Orberoi or TAJ Hotels.

Thank you. I tried to be as objective as possible, based on my experience with other lines. While we definitely had some minor issues, I definitely wouldn't describe the cruise as a disaster as some other people did..

As for Mumbai, we arrive at Dec.19 1pm and took a private tour, which was a bit problematic because we had a terrible driver. So we didn't see as much as we hoped. On the last day we took a tour with airport transfer from the ship that lasted around 5 hours and visited some of the key attractions in Mumbai. If you are in Mumbai for more than 1-2 days, then I'm probably not the right person to advise..
