Yes they do. One month ago my wife put a down payment on a couple of their machines.

Yes they do.

If you play consistently (not necessarily big bucks), you will get a discounted or comp’ed cruise next time. Pre-pandemic, upwards of 25% of the adult passengers on some cruises were on some sort of casino offer - direct from NCL or their land-based casinos. 
 

On our cruise earlier this month, there were 500 casino guests. There were 2700 passengers (which included ineligible children)
