When I try to print the documents, it always says there is a problem with it or more info is needed in regard to the health information and/or "please read the passenger document". blueskadoo Posted January 1, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 1, 2023 I had a similar problem, but I think it was because we were booked with a TA. She was able to mail me the tickets. Everything was in order and I was unable to down load the e ticket documents and received an error message every time saying I had not yet completed on line check in. I called MSC, waited on hold for half an hour and then got a helpful agent who asked for my booking number. She looked it up, everything was complete. She then emailed the documents to me.
